Hello, I’m Colin Fox, a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I provide a compassionate, collaborative space combining structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with pluralistic counselling approaches to help you navigate life’s challenges.

In addition to core therapeutic work, I am deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, offering specialised, framework-backed ADHD coaching to help manage executive dysfunction and build sustainable daily strategies. I am also well-versed in acute crisis support, holding training in frontline suicide prevention from Public Health Scotland (ASIST).

I believe therapy works best when it is structured yet profoundly human. Outside the clinic, I enjoy acrylic painting, cooking, and complex tabletop strategy games. I value authenticity, a constructive sense of humour, and resilient optimism — and I bring that exact energy into our collaborative sessions.
